This exquisite Lake Travis waterfront home is located in the prestigious gated community of Waterford. This distinctive avant-garde residence offers a unique blend of contemporary elegance and scenic serenity. Nestled on a sprawling lot, this estate boasts sweeping Lake Travis views that captivate and inspire. The original concept was based on the timeless allure of the Mid-century modern style with simplified geometrical components. The monolithic stone wall 'bookends' amalgamate with the surrounding exposed limestone strata of Lake Travis. Strategically placed tall steel planters abutting the lap pool eliminate the need for view-obstructing guardrails and provide a sense of anchorage of the home to the steep site. At nearly fifty feet above the water's surface, the design layout offers the homeowners breathtaking views of the lake from nearly every point of the home.
